They usually say to listen to your self hypnosis cd or download everyday for atleast 3 weeks to experience the results that you want. I’ve never actually tried this for that long. Answer by Kathy Miller jonathan Parker made some excellent meditation tapes that lead you through these meditations, I listened to pathways to mastership, and went through the guided meditations, I was afraid to drive onthe highway, and the next day I was on the highway, 3 days later in the left lane. I was afraid to fly and flew on a plane a month later. If they are going to work, at least with me, it was the first time that solved everything. Jonathan Parker is at Quantum Quests, and on his guided meditation on Pathways to Mastership you can address any problems you are trying to address. I highly recommend his tapes and think the world of him!!! Actually met someone that knows him, he is from Canada. Hypnosis itself can have its downside, so I hope you try his guided meditations! I was hypnotized once to stop smoking, and the guy told me to find something to do like clean the house, well 3 days later my house was sparkling so I started smoking again. That cost me 0.00! lol
