Hypnosis actually DOES work but only in people who can BE hypnotized.Those people would include those who have an ope mind, active imaginations.She has to be WILLING to be hypnotized and able to let herself go.

See a professional Hypnosis is good tool if used properly… try this find old fotos of you when you were lighter enlarge and put all over . Fridge mirrors etc.

You can find and download hypnosis audios on the internet for free. I’ve been listening to one at nighttime before bed and I believe that (along with proper diet and exercise) it has contributed to my losing 25 lbs in 8 weeks, by helping me stay motivated and have the willpower to do what I need to do.

Was not successful, for me.

And I ate a good size healthy breakfast daily (still do), a moderate lunch and dinner. Never eat after 5:30 PM.
And always drink a Full 8 oz. glass of Water (not tap water) right before you eat lunch and dinner. Keeps food consumption at a moderation.
And lastly, exercise every other day.
20 to 30 min. of Cardio.

Be Very Patient with Yourself. Be Kind to yourself and forgiving toward yourself also.

P.S. = Diet pills are Not recommended. They give most people the feeling that they are on Speed, or other recreational drugs. And I know many people that are presently in drug
rehab. clinics because of there addiction to Diet Pills.

my sister tried it but it didn’t work.she said that she was sleeping for an hour and after nothing changed.the most successful way to lose weight is exercising and eating healthy.

I tried it many years ago, it didnt work.
The Paul McKenna self hynosis CDs are good, my friend has been using the weight loss one and she’s been less inclined to pick eat since she’s been using it;

i prefer Paul McKenna, who uses both NLP and Hypnosis in his book and CD called I Can Make You Thin.
he’s the reason i got motivated to lose weight and make other changes in my life.
if you don’t already have the Tom Nicoli stuff,you can check out Paul McKenna on site below. if you sign in you can watch the free videos.
also, if you already have Mr. Nicoli’s Cd. i think Mr. McKenna will give you additional help.
i’m averaging losing 5lbs a month without much effort in diet or exercise.15lbs lost and 15 to go.
