Hypnosis, for safe weight loss

Question by raker59: Has anyone ever used hypnosis to quit smoking and did it work for you?
I have been smoking for 39 years. I have quit temporarily over the years but have always ended up smoking again. I really want to quit but I don’t think that I can do it cold turkey. Has anyone out there used hypnosis with any success?

My Mother tried that before,didn’t work.She quit the day she had a heart attack.

I’m not looking for a fast/quick way out. I’ve been eating well and exercising, but I was just wondering if these sessions have helped anyone. It’s such hard work to keep up with everything and if a little hypnosis might help, I’d be all for it! Has anyone tried it?

it worked to help me stop smoking but failed at losing weight…
