omfg, I had my eyes closed and when she reached 5, the light through my eyelids went bright suddenly just as she said 5. When I was in the trance, I was resting my head on my hand and I felt the muscles actually go loose one by one.

Woah. That was weird. I tried lifting my arm about half-way through to scratch my nose, but my arm felt so heavy. That really helped. Thanks
