I know it worked for smoking. I have first hand experience here(my husband and I) and the same people who do the hypnosis for smoking also do weight loss hypnosis. I would tell her to try it. What I do know is, they try to instill a healthy life style into the hypnosis. Much like you are trying to do. It is very nice to see the care and concern you have for your sister.
