Neither one going to make you lose weight. What they will do is train your mind to stay motivated to stay on your diet and watch how you eat. If you do those two things then of course you will lose weight. All hypnosis is is a relaxed state of mind so you are able to give your subconscious mind positive suggestions. It’s not going to make your body reverse its chemistry and all of a sudden start burning large amounts of calories. You can use self hypnosis and do the same thing and it’s a lot cheaper. With self hypnosis you can get a script or a mp3 download. with a script you can read it and record it so your listening to the sound of your own voice. The site below has some more details on this.
